The portal publishes content, lists offers and routes enquiries. For a local service we act as a marketplace and communication intermediary; the service itself is privately assigned to a verified independent subcontractor.
The local operator accepts the booking and is responsible for staff, equipment, permits, insurance, safety and performance. Commercially confidential operator records may stay private under the approved model, while material consumer information is provided before contract.
Submitting a form asks us to check a date; it is not a confirmed booking. Before payment you receive the terms for the exact service: operator, scope, date, price, cancellation, requirements and any deposit.
Malta Tour may collect an eligible confirmed deposit through its existing Stripe checkout as booking intermediary. Stripe processes the card and a verified webhook may confirm the deposit. The remaining balance and final terms are shown for the exact booking. Vendor settlement and transfers occur outside this portal in the approved financial system.
Cancellation, weather, no-show, fuel, deposit and refunds follow the named operator's conditions. The portal can help pass on a complaint but does not control the operator's account or delivery.
We do not exclude consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded. A catalogue name, page layout or intermediary label does not change legal classification where the transaction facts meet the conditions for a service, transport or package.
