Sunday with Neil Agius at Kaizen Hub 🇲🇹🌍 This was such an honour for me to meet and spend my Sunday morning with Neil and his team. ❤️ I brought along my son for the experience, and it so amazing to see his resilience in this cold water and through the breathing techniques.
