If you like islands, outdoors, hiking and interesting places, you're in the right spot! 😉 Roman bath complexes can be found as far back as the Roman Empire's beginnings, and on the island of Malta as far back as the first and second centuries AD. ⏳ This particular Roman bath was built over a first century BC burial site and lies in the territory of 'St. Paul's Bay'. This is one of dozens of ancient sites along this area of Xemxija that features a 'Heritage Trail'. 👀 Begin exploring from either Mellieħa and hike down from above, or begin in Xemxija and head uphill. Either way should take you roughly 30 minutes by foot. 🥾 Expect rough terrain at certain points, and please remember to respect the area and leave no trace behind. 🌱 More sites along this trail to come!
